2008 Jr golf rules

The SASF 10th Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at The Reserve at Spanos Park.  It is located at 6301 West Eight Mile Road, Stockton, CA  95219-8702, telephone number (209) 477-4653.  The Tournament format will be a Four-Person Scramble with Registration beginning at 11:00 a.m. and Shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.

• PRIZES:                          Team prizes will be awarded to the first three places.   Additional prizes will be given for other contests.
• LUNCH:                            A Bento box lunch will be provided during registration.
• RESERVATIONS:         Golf entries are limited to the first 144 players who apply.  Please send the completed Entry Form(s) to arrive no later than September 6, 2008.  You may sign up one to four players per form.  Please make your check payable to the SASF, and send it along with the completed entry form to:

• DINNER:                        A prime rib dinner will be provided after the Tournament at the SASF facility, 9040 High Tech Court, Elk Grove, CA  95758.
• ENTRY FEE:                 $150.00 per golfer (includes range balls, green fees, cart, golf gift pack, Bento box lunch & dinner)
